Q. Are all the houses you build covered by an NHBC guarantee? A. We give a ten year guarantee using Zurich or NHBC, depending on the type of development.
Q. I have a plot of land, do you build houses for clients? A. Our Hayman Construction division would be pleased to assist. Please see the link to their website.
Q. I have seen the quality of your new houses, do you always use the same builder? A. We use Hayman Construction to build our houses and Hayman Joinery to manufacture the bespoke joinery. That way we have complete control over quality and finish.

Q. I haven't seen anything to suit my requirements. Do you have any future developments? A. If you telephone our marketing agents on 01626 369300 they will have details of any forthcoming projects.
